Biography:

Steven Jordan is a data science and analytics leader passionate about mentoring and developing professionals in the field. His expertise lies in data strategy and management, including recruiting, training, team development, and storytelling with data. Steven is skilled in project management, data governance, master data management, and model and reporting automation processes. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Client Experience Analytics group at Vanguard, Steven has significantly contributed to data-driven initiatives. He has previously held managerial and leadership roles at Driven Brands Inc., Ingersoll Rand, and American Airlines, where he leveraged data for decision-making and business outcomes. Steven combines his data science and analytics expertise with a passion for mentoring and developing talent. Steven earned his Master’s degree in Data Science and Business Analytics from UNC Charlotte.
