James Igoe Walsh is a Professor of Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Dr. Walsh’s research interests include political violence, forced displacement, human rights, intelligence, natural resources, and armed conflict. His expertise is in grant writing and reporting for scientific research and nonprofit organizations.
